Connie Nxumalo is Paizes Attorneys Paralegal and Mediator.
Connie has been trained as a mediator and completed her civil mediation training through Legal Education and Development (LEAD) and accredited by the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council (DiSAC) for general civil mediation standard training. Since becoming a mediator in 2023, Connie has assisted companies and individuals limit and reduce the disputes between them either before the parties use the Court process or during the court process so as to limit the disputes or issues between the parties.
Connie speaks Zulu and English and conducts her mediations in both languages. Connie avoids technicalities in her mediations and promotes reconciliation.
